Open the BODYJOY foot warmer packaging manually by tearing along the designated tear lines. Do not use scissors, knives, or other sharp tools to open the package! Shake and knead the pads for a few minutes to activate the warming process. The product reaches its operating temperature within a few minutes. Remove the protective film from the pads to expose the adhesive surface. Stick the foot warmers to the outside of your socks under your toes. Some people prefer to stick them on the top of their toes. The product is intended for use inside footwear. Note that thick socks may slightly reduce the warming sensation. Do not stick the product directly onto your skin. If the foot warmer becomes uncomfortably hot, discontinue use immediately. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. After use, dispose of the product in household waste once it has cooled down.

Do Not Use Foot Warmers If:

  • You have swelling or bruising.
  • You have frostbite.
  • The user is under 12 years old.
  • For medical purposes.

Do not attempt to open the pads or puncture the product. If the contents come into contact with the mouth or eyes, seek immediate medical assistance.
