BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS OR ONLINE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications and online services (collectively, the “Sites”) provided by Unicorn Digital OÜ and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Unicorn Digital”, “we” or “us”) that link to these Terms. The Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, or our subsidiaries or affiliates, for products, services or otherwise. If you are using the Sites on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf and that such entity agrees to be responsible to us in the event you violate these Terms.
Unicorn digital reserves the right to change these Terms when necessary. We encourage you to frequently review the Terms to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Sites. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Sites. Any use of the Sites in violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination of your account.

Ownership of Site Content
Unless otherwise indicated on our store, all content and materials therein, including but not limited to our logos and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Site Content”) are the proprietary property of us or our licensors, suppliers or users and are protected by EU and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Sites and Site Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Such license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and does not include the right to engage in: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Sites or Site Content; (b) the collection and use of any product listings, pictures or descriptions; (c) the distribution, public performance or public display of any Site Content; (d) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Sites and the Site Content, or any portion thereof; (e) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (f) downloading (other than page caching) of any portion of the Sites, the Site Content or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Sites or pursuant to separate terms; or (g) any use of the Sites or the Site Content other than for their intended purposes. Any use of the Sites or the Site Content outside the scope of the license granted herein, without the prior written permission of Unicorn Digital, is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic termination of the license granted herein. Such prohibited use in violation of the license granted may also violate applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time at Unicorn Digital’s sole discretion.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in euros: shipping and handling charges are additional. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Out-of-Stock Items; Backorders
If the color or size you want is not listed in the “Choose Your Color/Size” drop-down box on the Product Information page, it is not then available for ordering. Please check back later. If the color or size you want has an asterisk next to it in the drop-down box, it is on backorder. Sometimes we will not know in advance that product is unavailable, so when you place items in your Shopping Cart you will be asked if you would like to backorder them. If you indicate yes, the item will be sent to you once it becomes available. Some items may be backordered or unavailable even if the Sites indicate that they are in-stock, and adding an item to your cart does not guarantee the availability of that item. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you, usually via e-mail. If you have items on backorder that you would like to cancel, please contact us.
Shipping & Handling
When we ship to you or per your directions, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on the Sites when your order is placed. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service. Any shipping times shown on the Sites are estimates only – actual delivery dates may vary. You agree that you will not obtain or direct shipment of product for export.
Payment; Credit for Refunds
Only valid credit cards or other payment method acceptable to us may be used and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in our discretion, other payment method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or payment method and you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the Sites) to that card or other payment method. If the card (or other payment method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. Regarding “Your Account,” you agree to keep all payment cards or other payment method information current, and you agree that we may submit charges for processing even if the card (or other method) has expired or changed by the time we submit it. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.
Returns and Exchanges of Products
campingfoodpack.com has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all new products we sell on our Sites except as listed on our return policy exceptions list. See our full returns policy.
Whether you made your purchase through the Sites, on the phone or via mail order, you may return or exchange new product purchases, return them by mail as provided in the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@campingfoodpack.com no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop shall reimburse to the purchaser immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, all the payments received from the purchaser under the contract.
The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods in the online shop is, due to a mistake, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
Returns may make you ineligible for promotions, and we reserve the right to require identification, proof of purchase or additional verifiable information to help us locate the purchase in our records. If a gift certificate or card, voucher, coupon, or payment mechanism other than a credit or debit card was used to pay the original price, or if the purchase was part of a special offer that is not in effect when the return is made, we may give you a merchandise credit. After we have received your valid return, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a non-transferable gift certificate or gift card, a credit to the payment card used to pay for the product, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions, including (without limitation) basing our response on the current sales price.
