Multitools have proven itself more and more over time. They are an inseparable companion of every busy man and woman, and they can be carried everywhere on a belt or in a bag. A multitool is especially effective when on the move, because you never know when you will need to cut through an obstructing wire or saw a branch.

At the same time, the multitool is also an inseparable companion at home, as it contains as many as three different screwdrivers, plus pliers and even a can and bottle opener.

Mil-Tec’s Black Cobra Multitool includes 9 full-size tools. Its body is made of lightweight aluminium with a non-reflective black oxide finish, and the included tools are made of high-quality 2CR13 steel.

Cobra’s main strength is its powerful spring-loaded pliers with an integrated wire cutter that can be deployed quickly. All 9 tools are easy to use but lock firmly, ensuring safe and secure use. At the same time, the tools can be easily folded again with just one press of the clamp.

The multitool is reliable, but still needs a little maintenance

Multitools are very reliable, but what works will inevitably wear out. Maintain your tool consistently so that it is always sharp and ready for use. Here we’ll share some tricks for this.

Cleanliness

A clean tool prevents awkward situations. Make sure that there is no sand, earth or other dirt between the moving parts of the tool. Compressed air is ideal for cleaning the small parts of the multitool, but a cloth and, if necessary, a wooden toothpick are also helpful.

Rust

Despite the fact that multitools are made of stainless steel, they are not corrosion-resistant. Corrosion-resistant steel could not be sharpened for the tools, so it is not suitable for making tools with blades.

However, this does not mean that rust will develop quickly. If you clean the tool immediately after use and after contact with salt and acids, nothing will happen. So, for example, after a fishing trip at sea or after cutting a tree branch with acidic sap, be sure to wash the tool thoroughly with fresh water.

Keep the moving parts of the multitool moving smoothly

In order for the moving parts movable even after prolonged use, it is worth treating them with some lubricating oil from time to time. You can also put the same oil on a cloth and clean off any corrosion stains you notice.

Right of withdrawal 

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the online shop within 30 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

To exercise the 30-day right of withdrawal, the buyer may not use the ordered goods in any other way than is necessary in order to examine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods in the same way the buyer would be allowed to test the goods in a physical shop.

If the products have been used in any other way than is necessary for the nature, characteristics or functionality of the goods or they have wear marks, the online shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, the buyer should submit a withdrawal application whose form can be  accessed here and send it via e-mail no later than 30 days of receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is the fact  that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective  item).

The buyer should return the goods within 30 days of submitting their application to do so or provide  proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.

Having received the returned goods, the online shop refunds the buyer any amounts received from  the buyer on the basis of the contract immediately but no later than within 30 days of receiving the  application for withdrawal.

The online shop may refuse to process the refund until it receives the item that is the object of the  contract or until the buyer submits proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from the most inexpensive normal  method of delivery offered by the online shop, the online shop is not required to refund to the  consumer the amount exceeding the cost of normal delivery.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request that the goods be  returned by the buyer if the marked price of the goods in the online shop is significantly lower than  the market price of the goods due to an error.
